While we may not have a physical store for you to try on our exquisite gowns, we want to assure you that our return policy is designed with your peace of mind in mind.
Our return policy allows you to shop with confidence. If you receive an item and it doesn't meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This means you can take your time to ensure that the gown you chose is just right for you.
To be eligible for a return, simply make sure that the item is in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, and that’s okay! Just keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy, as you’ll need it to initiate the return process.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us.
We also want to emphasize the importance of inspecting your order upon arrival. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please let us know right away. We’re here to help you resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.
While we strive to make returns as smooth as possible, there are a few exceptions to keep in mind. Items that have had their original tags removed or show noticeable signs of wear cannot be returned. We recommend keeping all tags attached until you’re sure you want to keep the item. Additionally, please note that clearance items and gift cards are non-returnable.
If you’re looking to exchange an item, the quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new one once your return is accepted.
For our customers in the European Union, we also honor a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days, provided the item is in its original condition with tags attached.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, you’ll receive your refund on the original payment method within 10 business days. Just keep in mind that it may take a little longer for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
